Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
We want every Karrie Ann Collections purchase to be a perfect fit. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Sale items are final sale
Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, simply send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipment needed.
Gift returns: Received a gift that isn't the right size? We're happy to exchange it for a different size. Just reach out with your order details.
How to start a return or report damage: Contact us at karriedavis@facilityalliance.net and we'll take care of you right away.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at karriedavis@facilityalliance.net.
